Telephone conversation where we:

• Briefly describe our services
• Discuss what prompted you to call
• Refer you to our website

Free Meeting or Telephone conversation where we:

• Further discuss your needs and objectives
• Determine which of our services are right for you
• Provide you with an estimate of the cost
• Provide you with a contract for services
• Refer you to our website for questionnaires

Once we receive a completed questionnaire, signed contract for services, and 50% deposit of the estimated cost:

• We will begin preparing your financial plan
•  If additional information or clarification is needed, we will contact you.

We analyze the information you have provided by:

• Considering various options to achieve your goals
• Produce the final reports which includes Observations, Assumptions, Recommendations &  Action Plan

Meeting to:

• Review your financial plan & recommendations
• Review instructions to implement your plan
• Balance of your bill is due at this time

Implementing the recommendations is up to you.  If you would like us to assist you, we will be happy to do so and will provide you with an estimate for this service.

We recommend reviewing your finances once a year.  However, for complex situations or as your circumstances change, it may be prudent to meet more frequently.  This can be done in person or over the phone.
